HSECQ Officer

Job description

We are seeking an analytical, proactive and field-oriented HSECQ Officer to oversee, implement, and maintain our integrated management systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operational activities comply with company policies, local regulations and international standards for health, safety, quality and environmental care.

Job requirements

– Minimum of an MBO or higher in Health & Safety Management, Environmental Science and Quality Management or a related technical discipline.

– Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 is highly preferred.

– Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HSECQ professional, preferably within the heavy equipment, construction, transport or mining sectors.

– Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for compiling detailed data reports and presentations.

– Strong communication skills, structural thinking and the ability to train and motivate diverse teams at all organizational levels. High level of accuracy and integrity.

– Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).

– Willingness to travel to and perform field audits at remote projects.
